We’re looking for adults with ASCVD or high risk for ASCVD to join the V-INCLUSION Study, evaluating a new FDA-approved cholesterol-lowering injection called Inclisiran.

You may qualify if you:

✔️ Have a history of heart attack, stroke, TIA, or peripheral artery disease
✔️ Are currently taking a statin or have statin intolerance
✔️ Have high LDL-C (bad cholesterol)
✔️ Identify as female, live in a rural area, or are from an underrepresented racial or ethnic group

Our study is looking for physically active and inactive postmenopausal women of Black or White race. We are testing the impact of race, exercise habits, and living conditions on heart disease risk in postmenopausal women. Participation only involves two, one-hour long visits to the UAB Center for Exercise Medicine and offers compensation up to $200.
